Jスマートウォールには、Jプランクプレート、
Jプランクセグメントの２種類の商品があります。
どちらも従来のライナープレートとの組み合わせ・
置き換えが可能です。

Jプランクプレート(JPPL)
断面性能アップ、補強リングレス
波形鋼板を用いて断面性能を高めた立坑商品です。断面性能はライナープレートの約５倍であり、これにより補強リングを省いた立坑の構築が可能になりました。
ライナープレート
軽量で高強度、人力での運搬、施工が可能
軽量で人力での運搬・施工が可能な土留め材です。立坑・トンネル・地すべり対策など幅広い用途で用いられ、重機が入れない場所に最適です。
Jプランクセグメント(JPSG)
深度のある立坑に最適
セグメントの技術を応用した土留め材です。Jプランクプレートよりさらに高い断面性能を有しています。特に深度のある円形立坑で従来の補強リング併用ライナープレートから置きかえることで、大幅な作業効率の向上が図れます。
縦梁内蔵型Jプランクセグメント
縦梁の設置手間を削減
形状の特徴を活かし、ピース内にH形鋼と補強板、添接ボルトを併用することで縦梁を内蔵しています。縦梁を内蔵することで、現場での縦梁の設置手間を省き、更なる省力化が可能です。
開口補強内蔵型Jプランクセグメント
開口部への補助手間を削減
開口補強リングと開口部リングで構成されます。開口補強リングは、開口部により切断されるリングに作用する軸力を負担するリングで、開口部の上下に設置されます。これらにより、現場での開口部への補強手間を省くことが可能になりました。
